At Paw Trust, we want to make sure your orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible. We process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days, and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way. We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout, with delivery times varying based on your location.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package experiences any unexpected delays or issues during transit, our support team is always here to help you track it down.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your Paw Trust purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. To start a return or exchange, simply reach out to our customer support team with your order number, and we will guide you through the quick process.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange.
